OUR TEACHERS
You won’t find screens and electronic toys entertaining children here, our preschool programs have been developed to inspire intrinsic motivation to learn and grow. Activities throughout the day have been carefully selected and timed to give the maximum learning opportunity to each child while respecting the shorter attention spans of the youngest in our community. A mixed age group class fosters a community feel and growth mindset in the younger children and empathy in the older children as they learn to navigate activities in an inclusive manner.
There are multiple opportunities in a day for circle time and group activities to inspire and share. Free play and gross motor skill development give plenty of time to burn off energy, build strength, independence, and resilience. Project time allows your child to develop their interests and explore creatively. At ABCDino Academy, we have monthly themes to help guide children to learn about the world around them and encourage a lifelong love of learning. Choose Dino ABCDino Academy for services that deliver more than just a helping hand.
All ABCDino Academy teachers are background checked, fingerprinting, MERIT approved, completed STARS training, trained in CPR/1st Aide, and required to do continuing education each year.
Miss Nicole
Meet Miss Nicole! Miss Nicole is no stranger to kids or teaching preschool! During her time at Dino, she has implemented many learning techniques and tools that have helped many children be successful in the classroom and in life. She always has an idea, “trick” or suggestion up her sleeve to enhance the center as a whole. Miss Nicole is always looking for ways to better herself as a teacher, in fact, she could fill a briefcase with her certificates of completion from all the early childhood education courses/training(s) she has taken. It’s no wonder she is a favorite of many.

Meet our Assistant Teacher in the Waddler Room,
She was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, when she is not being an amazing assistant teacher, she loves spending time with friends, watching movies and doing crafts. She is hard working and always willing to put in the extra efforts needed for every single child to succeed. She is experienced in childcare, has completed ECE credits, and works hard in her room to teach and assist the children as they need. Miss Olivia’s love of what she does shines through her every day, and we are grateful to have her a part of the Dino Family!
Miss Nevaeh
Meet our Infant Assistant Teacher. She is a go with the flow, calm, and loving teacher with a passion for being in the infant room; you can see this shine through her each day she is in the classroom. When she is not in the classroom she is spending time with her family, longboarding or listening to music. She loves to learn and strives every day to do the absolute best she can. Miss Nevaeh helps form the foundation of each child’s learning. From the fun art projects to the silly songs she sings it’s clear she was born for this job. She is a hard working, compassionate, and fun teacher that is an absolute honor to have a part of the Dino Family.

Meet our Toddler assistant teacher,
She is one of the hardest working teachers within our center. When she is not at work she is spending time with family and her dog Lotti, and reading. She strives at providing the best, most positive, and loving guidance to the toddler room. Teaching and helping children is what makes her happy and you can surely see and feel this anytime you’re in the toddler room. She is always up for an adventure and always growing and learning new things. She is a teacher that any center would be lucky to have for many reasons and we feel so thankful she choses ABCDino to call “home”.
Miss Neiha
Meet our Lead Waddler Room Teacher,
Neiha was raised in the Tri-Cities and she loves to spend time with her dog, and her large family. She is one of the most understanding and compassionate teachers we have. She gives the children in her room the utmost respect and love. She works hard at setting up her classroom and providing the best developmentally appropriate lessons for her 1-2 years olds. This is such a growth age and Miss Neiha is right there alongside them making sure they are growing and learning the best ways possible in the classroom. There is no doubt the children in her classroom will develop a love for learning. We are proud to have her a part of our Dino Family.
Miss Sophia
Meet our Lead Infant Teacher,
She is nothing short of outstanding at what she does. She was raised in the Tri-Cities, and when she isn’t in the infant room she loves reading and lounging around with her cat. She is an experienced and loving teacher that puts her whole heart into caring for infants. She is hard working and the compassion she has for infants is beautiful. Miss Sophia is setting the foundation for learning in her classroom, she is each infant’s starting point for education and she is perfect for the job. She cares for each child and their families and pours herself into her classroom every day. Trusting anyone with your infant is a big responsibility and Miss Sophia is an amazing infant lead and we are absolutely lucky to have her part of the ABCDino Team.
